I haven't typed up this recipe up myself as THIS is a good recipe.
For a twist, use smoked cheese and serve with a spicy relish.

I really don't think cooking should be about following recipes, its about making something which tastes how you want it to taste. Cooking is not about learning 'what goes with what' but learning how to get what you want. For this reason my recipes are usually pretty vague with amounts of stuff/cooking times etc.
(Also, I always forget what I've done)
I'm hoping that what is written here will give people ideas.
